Turnitin - Issue with accessing Turnitin reported 4/21/2020 (RESOLVED)

The morning of 4/21/2020 Turnitin reported that folks may have difficulty accessing or using Turnitin, and that if they were able to access or use Turnitin there may be some slowness.
From turnitin.statuspage.io: "We’ve run into some issues. Turnitin and iThenticate are currently experiencing an unexpected service disruption. During this time, you may find that you are unable to access these services or experience degraded performance once logged in. We invite you to track the progress of this disruption while we work to bring service back to optimum health."
As of 11:20am Central time, Turnitin is now reporting that the issue has been resolved. "Resolved - Due to an unexpected network issue, you may have been unable to access Turnitin or iThenticate today. Some users may have been able to access these services but would have experienced degraded performance. Users accessing Turnitin via integrations were also impacted by this disruption. We are pleased to advise that service has been restored."
The Learn@UW-Madison team is continuing to monitor any changes to Turnitin's performance.
