WebSurvey Replacement Service Available for use

The Qualtrics Survey Hosting Service, the replacement for WebSurvey@UW, is now available for production use.

New users can access the system by going to http://survey.wisc.edu and clicking on "Log-In".

The Help Desk does not provide support for Qualtrics Survey Hosting Service; basic information about obtaining support can be found at Qualtrics Survey Hosting - General Information and Resources for Getting Help.

The Old WebSurvey@UW environment will eventually be phased out; for the details of this process see: WebSurvey@UW - End of Service Information
