Handshake Bascom LAN

The Bascom LAN is a consortium of groups at Bascom including the Division of Academic Services, Chancellor's office and the Provost's office. In addition to the 24x7 campus subsidized desktop application and OS support, Bascom LAN users can also use other DoIT services such as LAN administration, repair services, and technologist expertise.

DoIT LAN

DoIT manages and supports its own Novell network. The Help Desk services its own internal administrative and business systems like CBS (DoIT's implementation of Oracle Applications) and Clarify ClearSupport.

Health Sciences Learning Center (HSLC) LAN

The DoIT Help Desk provides support with the degree of problem resolution determined by procedures provided by Health Sciences Learning Center.

Residence Halls Network (ResNet)

ResNet provides an Ethernet network connection to students living in University residence halls. ResNet services are covered by student fees and managed by the UW Housing Data Systems Department.
