Join our team! The Help Desk is currently hiring customer-friendly, part-time student staff.

If you enjoy helping people and solving problems, the UW-Madison Help Desk is the place for you. The Help Desk hires students of all majors...Biology, English, Theater, and the occasional Computer Science major as well. We offer flexible schedules and a fun and friendly work environment.

Don't know much about computers? If you have the technical aptitude and an interest in providing exceptional customer service, our training and mentoring program will get you up to speed on the skills you will need to start assisting our customers with basic computer questions and issues. Support Specialist I

Entry level position that provides phone and walk-in assistance for basic computer problems. See position description for details.
