Moodle - CRIS data request process

Initial process for requesting CRIS data. For now this process is emailing EM the request form.

To request access to CRIS data please fill in the CRIS Authorization form (52.5 KB, Word document) provided by campus Enrollment Management. Once you have the information and necessary signatures please email the form to Karen Hanson (klhanso2@em.wisc.edu).
