This document describes what special characters, besides letters and digits (A-Z, a-z, 0-9), are allowed in role type names that may be created by administrators.
Any of the standard printable ASCII characters are allowed in role type names except for the characters listed below.

Avoid quotes, apostrophes, commas, and angular brackets because they may cause problems.
