[UPDATE] Learn@UW/D2L - Users Experiencing 500 Errors

UPDATE (11:55 AM): As of 11:40 AM today, the 500 errors that users may have been receiving while logging in or accessing Learn@UW/Desire2Learn have been resolved.
We are still investigating the root cause of the issue.
PREVIOUS MESSAGE (11:25 AM):
The Learn@UW Utility has received reports that users at multiple campuses, including Green Bay, Madison, Oshkosh, Platteville, River Falls, Stevens Point, Stout, and Whitewater, are seeing an "Internal Error" or "500 Error" message while logging into or accessing Learn@UW/D2L.
We are currently investigating this issue and will update you when we have more information. Thank you for your patience while we investigate.
