UPDATE: As of 9:25 AM, users should no longer be receiving errors while accessing or uploading files in Learn@UW/D2L. Steps have been taken to mitigate the problem; however, we are still investigating the root cause and a permanent solution to the issue.
PREVIOUS MESSAGE:
Users at both UWS campuses and UWM have reported receiving errors while attempting to upload or access files, including PPT, HTML, and PDFs, in the Content tool.
Learn@UW Utility is currently investigating and engaging with DoIT technicians to troubleshoot the issue. We will update this news item with more information as we receive it.
