IAA - Testing Your Login to the IAA Authentication Hub


How to test your login to the IAA Authentication Hub

If the login is successful

you will see:

Successful Login

Indicating that your login was successful, and an your entry exists in the IAA database.

If the login is not successfull

You will be returned to the Authentication Hub Login Page with an error message in red, just above the login box. IAA Authentication Hub Frequently Asked Questions and Error Messages has more information regarding the error message definitions.

If the error is Login Failed

Login Failed

Your username, password or campus is incorrect. Verify that you have selected the correct campus and that you have entered the correct username and password. If you are certain that the information is correct, you should Contact the DoIT Help Desk for assistance.

If the error is ASID could not be found

ASID Error

Your data in the IAA Database is incorrect. This may be because of an error in the IAA data feed or because you were added very recently and the data has not been transferred to IAA yet. You will have to contact your local campus Help Desk for assistance.
