This document gives an overview of the External Requisition Generator in My UW-Madison
The web-based requisition and number generator module has been integrated into Services tab of the My UW portal to enable campus users to create and print both external requisitions and internal work orders from the Web.
The External Requisition Generator is located in the Requisition and Number Generator Module on the Services tab in My UW-Madison.

The Help Desk can assist you with logging into My UW-Madison and can verify that the requisition generator is functioning normally. Please see My UW External Requisition Generator - Getting Help for more information on getting help with the Requisition Generator.
The External Requisition Generator functionality is supported during normal university business hours. Issues outside of this window will be addressed the next business day.
