This document describes how to request additional quota for your My WebSpace account.
There are two types of quota for any given MyWebSpace account: A bandwidth quota, which determines how much data can be uploaded and downloaded within a 4 hour period, and a storage quota, which determines how much total data can be stored in the account at any given time. By default, the storage quota is 1 GB and the bandwidth quota is 400 MB per hour.
If you determine that either quota is not enough to meet your needs for institutional use, you can submit a request for additional space, using the My WebSpace Feedback Form. When submitting this form, please indicate the type of quota you wish to increase (either Bandwidth or Storage). Your request will be reviewed and evaluated within 3 business days, and the requestor will be contacted with the results of the evaluation. There is no charge for additional quota for instructional or university business.
