My Webspace Knowledgebase
"HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error" is an error message generated by a webserver indicating that the server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request.
While these messages happen infrequently with My Webspace, they do indicate problems with a MyWebspace server.
Any reports of MyWebspace returning such errors should be considered an Impact 1, and a case should be escalated to MyWebspace-Outage as described in the My Webspace Handling document.
