Would you like friendly advice from faculty and staff about pursuing the health (allopathic and osteopathic medicine, dentistry, optometry, chiropractic, and podiatry) and legal professions? LSAC provides one-on-one advising sessions and group workshops for planning your courses, the admissions process to professional schools, and ways to join pre-health professions and pre-law student associations.

For individualized advising, you should make an appointment with one of these advisors: Assistant Dean Consuelo López- Springfield (Chief Pre-Health Professions Advisor; advises upperclassmen), Drs. Pat Henrikson, JoAnne Weber and Gery Essenmacher (advise first and second year students in any major).

Meet with your health professions advisor regularly during the two-three years preceding your application to a school for health professional preparation.
