WiscMail Plus - Changing Account Password

This document explains how to change a WiscMail Plus e-mail password.

To change your WiscMail Plus e-mail password, please follow these instructions if you:

• Know Your Password
• Don't Know Your Password

If You Know Your Password

WiscMail Plus users can change their passwords by using the WiscMail Account Administration website.

1. To change a WiscMail Plus password, login to the WiscMail Account Administration page https://admin.wiscmail.wisc.edu/
• Log in using your fully qualified e-mail address and current WiscMail Plus account password.
  • NOTE: If you recieve the message "You are not authorized to edit settings. Contact your administrator" you must contact your department's Wiscmail Plus administrator



2. Click on Change Password.



3. You must enter the new password twice and then click Submit.

If You Don't Know Your Password

To reset your e-mail password, contact your departmental IT support staff. Call the DoIT HD if you are unsure who that is.
