This document explains how you can send an email to a non-WiscCal user.
When you are prompted to send an email to the attendee(s), click Yes.
On the next screen, within the 'Other' text box, enter the email address of the person you wish to send this invitation to and click on the check box to add the email address to the list.
Then click on the Send button to create your invitation.
