WiscCal (Desktop/Native) - Viewing Agendas for Multiple Users

This document explains how you can view more than one agenda (users/role based accounts/resources) from within one calendar view.

The Group View enables you to view the daily schedules of multiple users and resources at one time. Use the Group View to quickly find a suitable meeting time based on the schedules of the invitees and availability of resources. Group view is available for the day view of the calendar only.

Windows

  1. Create a group (private, members only, or admin) and populate it with all the members (people and/or resources) you want.
  2. Then, when viewing your agenda, go to 'File | Open' and select "Group Agenda.." or click ctrl-G to open the 'Open Group Agenda' dialog box.
  3. Either use the 'Add' box or the 'Magnifying glass (Advanced Search)' button to add the agendas you want for your group view.
  4. Once you have all the agendas entered within the 'Open Group Agenda' listing, click on the OK button to display the group view window.
