This document explains how access level settings can change when WiscCal users use the Outlook Connector in conjuction with the Oracle Calendar Desktop Client, the WiscCal web client, or a PDA to edit a meeting.
There are only two privacy settings for meetings created using the Oracle Connector for Outlook: private and non-private. There are four access level settings available in the other WiscCal native clients: public, normal, personal and confidential.The following table shows what happens to the privacy setting when meetings created in Outlook are edited using either the Oracle Calendar Desktop Client or MyUW web access to the WiscCal calendar.
