WiscList - List Administrator Cannot See List


If you are unable to "see" a list in the WiscList ListManager interface for which you are an administrator, please follow these troubleshooting tips.

Verify Administrator Status

To test if you are an administrator of a list, send an e-mail to owner-listname@lists.wisc.edu, where "listname" is the list's name. The e-mail will be forwarded to all the administrators of the list. If you receive the e-mail, you are an administrator.

If you know other administrators of the list, you can ask them to verify you are also an administrator. They can do so by referencing WiscList - Adding a List Administrator.

Reset Your Password

WiscList stores individual passwords for each list you administer. If these passwords don't match, you may not be able to administer all your lists when you log in.
