HP OpenView Service Desk - Signing Up for Change Request Email Alerts for a Configuration Item
This document explains how to sign up for change request email alerts for configuration items (CI). Once you have signed up for email alerts for a CI, you will receive an email notification whenever a change request is filed for it.
Signing Yourself up for Email Alerts
- Login to the Service Desk Server Alerts website.
- Select the Configuration Items that you would like to receive notifications for and then click the Save button.
Viewing a List of People Signed Up for Email Alerts for a CI
- Login to the Service Desk Server Alerts website.
- Click the name of a CI to view the subscription list.
Modifying your Email Address in Service Desk
- Modify the e-mail address in your Person CI record.
