Access rights control how much of your Agenda (calendar) information other users can view and edit.
By default, times for entries in your agenda can be seen. When another user looks at your agenda, they see only blocks of time with no other information associated with the time block. By default you can be invited by other people to meetings, etc. These settings can be altered for all users (by choosing new settings with "Default: any unlisted user" selected). You may also add specific people to your access list and then give them individually the access rights you desire.
To view or change the 'Access Rights', log into the specific user/resource/role based account and go to 'Tools | Access Rights...' menu.
There are types of access rights which you can modify:

There are four levels of designate right access that can be set:
IMPORTANT: You cannot change any of your designate rights when you have "Default: Any unlisted person." selected.

Note: if you receive the following error: "you do not have permission to invite the following people or resources", then the user or resource you are attempting to invite must have the Checked Can invite you to Entries checked for your account.

The default is 'No viewing rights'. You can give someone viewing or modify rights to your addessbook.
To change any of the 'Access Rights', perform the following:
You can now notify the user(s) that they have been granted additional rights to the specific agenda/calendar (user/resource/role based account).
