Voice Mail - Accessing a Voice Mailbox

This document explains how to check your voice mailbox.

1. Access the voice mail system:
• 2-6100 - from on-campus


• 262-6100 - from off-campus local
  
• 800-330-8829 - from off-campus long distance*
2. To navigate to your mailbox if you are not calling from your own phone:
   • If you hear someone else’s recorded name:
     • Enter * (star) and your seven digit mailbox number.
   • If you hear a generic greeting asking you to dial a number:
     • Enter # (pound) and your seven digit mailbox number.
3. Enter your password.

Note:  The voice mail system allows three password attempts per login.

* There is a per-minute charge for use of the toll free number which is billed to your mailbox.
