Telephone Activity Report - Viewing your monthly report
Cellular order forms temporarily disabled for Workday transition. In the new forms, we will be using Customer Billing IDs instead of SFS funding strings and Cost Center Hierarchy instead of UDDS. We expect the new forms to be available by the week of July 14th
This document has instructions on viewing the telephone activity reports (TAR). The TAR is a report of telephone charges.
**Please note that detailed reports for charges before May 2020 are no longer available due to a change in Telecom Management systems.
Navigate to the Calero Pinnacle Website. If your session times out, you will need to clear your cache or open a private/incognito session to continue. Please disable any pop-up blockers for this site. Web Browsers - Popup Blockers
- Choose the Department Manger role (if not already chosen) by using the drop-down box in the upper-right corner of the browser window.
- Navigate to Department Billing under the Billing Heading on the left side of the window.
- Your most recent reports will display. Please note that the oldest report available from this system is May 2020.
- Click the hyperlink under Billing Date for the report you would like to see.
- A summary of the report will appear. To see the details, click the View Report button to generate a PDF report. Your report may take a few seconds to minutes to generate after clicking View Report.
- You can download or print the detail report.
