General Student Services Fund Branding Policy & Logo

The branding policy is found in the SSFC Policies and Procedures.
To summarize the policy, all printed advertisements, publications, or other media that are paid for with the GSSF budget, including the salaries spent to create it, printing costs, or development costs (i.e. software) must include the ASM Logo and Disclaimer.
The ASM Logo and Disclaimer can be any color, but it must be readable and meet specific specifications.
Electronic media including videos, slide shows, social media graphics etc. should include the ASM Logo and Disclaimer.
All bios/biographies of GSSF organization social media accounts must include "Funded in part by the Associated Students of Madison."
Below you will see examples of correct usage of the Branding Policy:
8.5 X 11 Flyers and other print materials require that the ASM Logo and Disclaimer not be reduced to less than 3/4 of an inch and it must be readable.
Brochure, Magazines, and Booklets
A brochure, magazine, or booklets requires that the ASM Logo and Disclaimer be on one of the following locations:
- Front Cover
- Back Cover
- Inside Front Cover
- Dedicated Acknowledgement Page
The ASM Logo must be able to be seen from 10 feet away.
