Every public cloud vendor has differences in what is provided in regions.  Selecting a region for deploying servivces has two concerns.  Are the services you wish to use available in a region and how close are they to the UW.

The lists for services by regions for the vendors are:

AWS

The closest regions for each of the three vendors are as follows:

For AWS the Ohio (US-East-2) is the closest and suggested.

For Azure the US North Central region is closest and suggested.

For GCP US-Central1 (Iowa) is closest and suggested.
