General Student Services Fund Equipment Inventory

The Equipment Inventory is used to track what equipment has been provided by ASM to an organization funded by the General Student Services Fund.

This form is due each year as part of the July 1 forms.

Organizations only need to include equipment purchased from their GSSF budget. Any personal equipment does not need to be included.

This form can be submitted along with the July 1 forms to the ASM Funding Advisor or SSFC Chair. It can also be updated at any time.
