HelioCampus AC - Syllabus - Exporting All Syllabi for a Department [UW-Madison]

This document shows how to export from HelioCampus AC all HelioCampus AC syllabi for a given department, for a given semester.

Export All Syllabi for a Department

  1. Log into your HelioCampus AC dashboard, at https://heliocampusac.wisc.edu
  2. From the Main Menu, select Course Sections.
    Select_course_sections

  3. Select the + Add a filter button, and select the Department you are interested in.

  4. Select the + Add a filter button again, and select the Term you are interested in.
  5. Place a checkmark in the checkbox in the gray header row, above the Select column (immediately below the + Add a filter button). This will select all course sections in the table.

  6. Click the SELECTED ITEMS ACTIONS button (upper right).
  7. Select Export Syllabi As ZIP.

HelioCampus AC will automatically begin creating a .zip file, and will download it to your browser's Downloads folder. The .zip file will contain a unique .pdf file for each course syllabus. (Even courses without a published HelioCampus AC syllabus will produce an empty .pdf.)
