General Student Services Fund Prohibited Expenses

These will be denied by the GSSF Program Specialist, even if they are approved by the SSFC.

Some examples include:

• Lotion
• Medicine
• Coffee, coffee makers, coffee mugs (unless they are promotional items to be given out to promote your organization)
• Room heaters/space heaters
• Thank-you cards
• Items which do not fall under general office supplies
• Academic supplies (calculators, textbooks, etc.)

Please discuss all planned purchases with the GSSF Program Specialist prior to spending money, as prohibited expenditures will not be reimbursed.
