Purpose: For individual learners, group registrations and custom training contracts that are not required to pay the full balance upon registration, the balance of the registration fee will be sent to the learner(s) on an invoice generated from the campus Shared Financial System (SFS). In situations where the invoice goes unpaid for 90 or more days, the department will be notified of past due invoices.  Staff with WISER access can locate and download the invoice from WISER using the "ARBI" tools in the main menu drop down.
