Citation Management Software - Endnote, Mendeley, Zotero, Papers

For referrals for citation management software--or any citation or personal bibliographic information management software, the group to contact is citewog-lib@g-groups.wisc.edu
This group of library staff are charged with support for these products.  Every once in a while they refer off-campus technical problems to the helpdesk to follow up on with why
something doesn't work right for a patron, but in general, they have the folks from several libraries on campus who are best able to help with these products.

Here is the complete information go here on the library web site.

For Endnote support, students/staff can contact a consultant directly.  Here is the website with the individual consultants:

Exporting from our Coordinated Discovery Catalog:

Clicking the "Export to Citation Manage (RIS)" button triggers a .ris file download. That file can then be imported into a citation manager. It's not an automatic thing - they have to download the file and then import it into their citation manager of choice.
