How to get student emails from Canvas

How to get all of your students emails through your Canvas page
  1. Go to the Canvas course that you want to extract the student emails from
  2. Click "People" in the menu on the left:

  3. Highlight the entire table like in the screenshot below and then right click and click "Copy" (Or click ctrl + C)

  4. Open a blank excel sheet and right click a cell. Then click the paste option that says "Match Destination Formatting".

  5. Now you can look at the columns "Name" and "Login ID" to get a list of your students names and emails. You can copy and paste these two columns to wherever you would like now.
