Rental information for non-School of Music groups
Rental information of School of Music spaces by non-School of Music persons.
School of Music facilities may be occasionally available for rental to non-School of Music persons. Such rentals should be musical in nature and otherwise be consistent with or support the School of Music's curricular mission.
Rentals to non-School of Music entitires are generally limited to times when classes are non in session (i.e. between the Fall and Spring semesters and/or during Spring and Summer recesses).

Music Hall/Humanities rental rate information
External groups using School of Music facilities should be aware of the following policies:
- Hamel Music Center spaces are not available for rental by Registered Student Organizations (RSOs).
- Any non-School of Music group will incur rental charges for using our space.
- Events with catering must use Campus Catering services.
- Events with ticketing are strongly encouraged to use Campus Arts Ticketing for their box office services.
- All non-University of Wisconsins renters must provide a Certificate of Insurance, subject to terms of the university Risk Management office and as outlined in the Facilities Use Agreement.
