SFS -- Webpages Not Loading in SFS Applications like HRS or WISPER
After a security patch was applied on February 21st (2021), newer versions of Firefox (84 and after) may have problems loading the SFS homepage, including applications like e-Reimbursement, HRS, timesheet and WISPER. This article gives a brief description of the problem and workarounds. Other browsers may be affected.

A security patch was applied to SFS on 2/21 that may affect users with newer versions of Firefox. After authenticating into SFS, the page may freeze and the Home Landing page may not appear. We have a few work arounds for the situation at this time.
When using Firefox and you encounter this issue, simply click the link to access the SFS environment again and the Home Landing page should appear without having to re-authenticate.
Use a browser other than Firefox. We haven’t been able to replicate the issue when using either Chrome or MS Edge/Internet Explorer.
- Revert to a Firefox version prior to version 84. Please contact your local Help Desk for assistance and to verify institution compliance.
A case has been opened with Oracle PeopleSoft to remedy this issue.
