UCCX 12.5 - Selecting your preferred device for Finesse

How to choose what device will be used with the Finesse
This is a new feature starting in Contact Center Express(UCCX) 12.5. A UCCX administrator will have to enable this feature for your contact center. A user may have multiple devices assigned to them. After logging in, a user will be asked which device that they want use.

Highlight the desired device and hit Continue

Selected preferred device

If the desired device does not show up in this list, please confirm that you are signed into the device and click the refresh symbol.

Please note that only one of the devices may configured for call recording.
