ECMS - User Preferences Service

Hyland Preferences Service is a micro-service used to store user preferences for applications. Currently it is implemented for storing user preferences associated with Perceptive Experience web client, as of the August 12th, 2021 Imaging service upgrade.

For Perceptive Experience, it stores the following information for each user: panel locations and the last four annotations used in the annotation dropdown.
