MERIT provides collections and services designed to meet the needs for educational resources, media and computer support of the students, faculty and staff of the School of Education. The collection has a primary focus on materials related to teacher certification and training.

MERIT services--reference, inter-library loan, Internet and database access, media, computing support, circulation and instruction in media and library use--are developed to meet the specific needs of students and faculty in education.

Materials include professional literature in education and child development, as well as instructional materials, including textbooks, multi-media, and supplementary materials (print, non print, and audiovisual equipment). Over 400 education journals (non- circulating). Computer labs with wide variety of program equipment including video editing, slide scanning and Braille embosser.

Circulation Eligibility
Services available to all students. Equipment may only be checked out by education students.
