Accessibility and usability barriers

The following information is provided to help people with disabilities know what potential barriers may exist within Cloudcard.

Low contrast or invisible focus styling may pose difficulty for people navigating via keyboard

People with motor disabilities, low vision, or colorblindness who are navigating via keyboard may have difficulty using Cloudcard to order Wiscards remotely because focus, which visually tells the user where the keyboard has navigated to, is not visible or low contrast in most areas of the user experience.

Missing or inconsistent headings and inaccessible labels may post difficulty for screen reader users

People who are blind or have low vision often navigate via screen readers or other assistive technology and may have difficulty ordering Wiscards remotely via Cloudcard because heading levels are missing in the content of the app and some buttons are missing accessible labels that can be read by a screen reader or other adaptive technology.

Some buttons appear inactive when they are focusable and clickable

Some buttons in the app are confusing for users as they are colored to appear inactive when in fact they are clickable and focusable (via keyboard). This may be confusing for all users but will likely not block a user from requesting their Wiscard remotely.
