4331 Cisco Webex Room Kit USB & HDTV Instructions

This is a basic user guide for the RM4336 Cisco Webex USB System with HDTV.

These instructions are intended to help you with Video Conferencing with any software of your choice. Additionally it is possible to connect to the HDTV for Local Presentations either Wirelessly or via HDMI.

Setting Up Video Conferencing

1. Power On the Panasonic HDTV with Table-Top Remote Control

2. Look for the Cisco Webex On-Screen Instructions

3. Connect the USB & HDMI Cable from the wall mounted Webex device to your computer

4. Configure your application to use “Room USB” as Camera, Microphone & Speaker

5. Connect the HDMI Cable to your computer

6. Use Cisco Table-Top Remote Control to adjust Volume, Mute Microphone, Accept & End Calls

Wireless Local Presentations

1. Connect Wirelessly via https://share.webex.com

2. Enter the Webex Device passcode WDE-JLJ-CSX

3. Enter the four-digits shown on the HDTV from the Webex device

4. You're connected! Click “Share Screen”

5. Choose to share your screen or application

Wired Local Presentations

1. Connect the HDMI cable to your your computer from the wall mounted Webex device

Troubleshooting:

• Restart Mac/PC

• Close additional applications that can use microphone/speaker/camera resources
