Hobbies: Rock climbing, skiing, crocheting
Why UW? I chose UW Health because it has a progressive model with many opportunities for pharmacist involvement in care. It was also important for me to train at a comprehensive cancer center to have a robust experience to help me take the best care of my patients in the future. During the interview, I could tell that the program directors and pharmacists were very invested in their residents and genuinely cared about providing great patient care.

Hobbies: Painting, gardening, enjoying Madison's lakes, spending time with my awesome coresidents, and playing with my dachshund, Vienna!
Why UW? UW offers many oncology clinics, has a strong commitment to research and teaching, and integrates pharmacists across many areas of patient care. As an NCI designated comprehensive cancer center, UW is recognized for its excellence in oncology care. I was also struck by how warm and welcoming everyone was when I was interviewed.

Why UW? UW Health’s robust oncology program provides the opportunity to explore a variety of specialties and receive well-rounded training. Additionally, the preceptors dedication to the growth and development of residents provides great mentorship and support throughout the program. I am also very excited to have great co-residents to lean on and work with!
