Student accessibility & usability barriers
The following information is provided to help people with disabilities know what potential barriers may exist within the Title IX Employee Training.
Screen reader barriers may impact users who are blind or have low vision and navigate via screen reader or other assistive technology.
-
Focus indicator isn’t moving through the content on the slides. This causes the screen reader user not to know where the focus is on the page, and what will be read and in what order.
-
Linked text does not read as “link” in screen reader therefore the blind or visually impaired user does not know it is there.
-
Some elements on the page are not able to be read or navigated via screen reader.
Magnification barriers may impact users who have low vision.
Users can not access the whole page content when the page is magnified above 300%.
