·         Have a conversation with Dadao Hou, dadao.hou@wisc.edu, our university affirmative action officer, about ways in which you could incorporate that into your process in a meaningful way.

·         Possible changes:

o   Collect identifying information in surveys (Ex. “Occassionally we get requests for mentors of color. Would you like to self identify?”)
