Accessing Archived Course Proposals

Course proposals are accessible to anyone with access to the course catalog in SIS
If you have access to the course catalog in SIS and are not able to access the imaged proposals please contact Michelle Young.
What was imaged?
All proposals that were completed in the online course proposal system.
All paper files that were in the possession of the Secretary of the Faculty and were transferred to Academic Planning and Institutional Research when APIR took responsibility for coordinating the course proposal process in 2013.
How to access the imaged course proposals.
Log in to SIS and navigate to Curriculum Management > Course Catalog > Course Catalog
Enter the subject code number and catalog number for the proposal you want to access.
You will be prompted to log in to the UW System Imaging system. Select UW-Madison and log in with your NetID and password.
A list of imaged course proposals will appear. Scroll to the right to see additional information that might help you select the correct file.
