NetID Activation Summary Email

This document shows an example of the NetID Activation Summary and Reference Information email.

This email is sent to users upon activating their NetID at mynetid.wisc.edu/activate or modifying their NetID at mynetid.wisc.edu/modify. This email can be a helpful reference for recovering forgotten NetIDs.
