The TOPS Gateway Tech College is located at 929 Lake Ave, Racine WI. This is a fiber connection using WAN supported connectivity (NOT a site-2-site VPN).

This deployment is a SINGLE Palo Alto 820 firewall.

This site is connected via fiber with the WAN group and IS NOT a site-2-site vpn.
SNCC:
The SINGLE Palo Alto 820 firewall is installed on the 3rd floor of Technical bldg in room T305. The firewall is connected to a Gateway supported UPS (UPS is not monitored by DoIT).
Gateway Tech College does NOT have 24x7 support.
Business hours support efforts should be to email: noc@gtc.edu. This will go to a group of people including tech and IT managers at Gateway Tech college.
If a device is unreachable during non-business hours - Send email to list above, open a WiscIT Problem with External Outage, and notify OpEng next business day for follow up.
If there are errors on a link - Open a WiscIT Problem and send to OpEng.
DoIT Field Services does not have access to this building and will provide support during normal business hours (M-F 7:45 am to 4:30 pm).
