Library identifies the type of protocol and determines sign-offs and workflow necessary to bring protocol open to accrual. Options include:

Non-oncology

Only the UWCCC Protocol Review and Monitoring Committee (PRMC) should create protocols using the Oncology library. If you have an oncology related protocol you must work with PRMC coordinator.

Required

All oncology related protocols must use the Oncology Library, regardless of department.

Determines the Reference List, Protocol Annotations, Notifications, and Sign-offs available for the protocol. Cannot be changed once the status of the protocol changes from NEW.
