Engage - Resolved Issue - eReader does not display shared notes
While in a Collaboration session in the Engage eReader (powered by Redshelf), shared notes you have subscribed to do not show up properly.
While in a Collaboration session, the eReader will show you that you've subscribed to the shared notes; however, no notes are displayed.

This will affect users of the Collaboration feature in the Engage eReader who share notes and subscribe to notes.
There is no workaround for this issue. As of May 31, 2022, this issue has been resolved by the vendor.
