Adobe Acrobat - Serial Number Requests

Follow these steps when Acrobat requests a serial number.

Step 1 - Open the Adobe Acrobat Creative Cloud app

Find the desktop app in your Start menu or by taskbar search

You may need to activate Adobe using your NetID.

Step 2 - Uninstall Acrobat

It is normal for this step to take up to 10 minutes

Step 3 - Re-install Acrobat

Once uninstalled, Acrobat will move from the Installed section, to the Available in your plan section. Find it and click Install.
