HelioCampus AC - Survey - Export Survey Results [UW-Madison]

As of June 27, AEFIS has been rebranded as HelioCampus AC (Assessment & Credentialing). For more information, review this KnowledgeBase document. Learn@UW-Madison Staff will be updating KnowledgeBase documentation throughout the summer to reflect changes to navigation menus in HelioCampus AC.

This document explains how to use each export button on the HelioCampus AC (Formerly AEFIS) Survey Results page.

If you manage a survey, and choose Survey Results, you will see two export options.

  • Option A: The top export menu exports an overview of the survey including the response rates, total surveys and number of completions. There is also an option to export the survey form that was used to complete this survey.

  • Option B: The lower export button creates a PDF of everything seen on the screen.
