9:00 am. – 9:05 am: Welcome, introductions, and selecting meeting minutes volunteer

• Select a meeting minutes volunteer

 

9:05 am – 9:10 am: Approve meeting minutes for December

 

9:10 am – 9:20 am: Mentor-Mentee Match (Justin, Alex, Alissa, Kendra)

• Any questions or topics for the committee?
• Review the mentee waiting list & discuss recruiting new mentors
• Test & create a communication plan for the Committee’s O365 group

 

9:25 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.:  Events (Liza, Tarakee, Vanessa, Carmen)

• Plan a spring event: select topics, date, and committee members who will coordinate

 

9:45 a.m. to 9:55 a.m.:  Resources (Kendra, Peter, Tarakee, Alissa)

• Confirm the schedule and group for LinkedIn posts

 

9:55 am to 10:00 a.m.: Q&A and Open Discussion & Kudos via Microsoft Teams

 

10:00 am: Adjourn
