UW-Madison Qualtrics - XM Directory Lite Getting Started
To create a folder structure for your personal contact lists and move your existing contact lists to your folder(s). Follow the below instruction to get started with XMD Lite. Keep in mind that new contact lists will default to the unstructured “All list” location until you move them to one of your folders.
Step 1: Login to UW-Madison Qualtrics
Step 2: Go to the Navigation Menu in the top left hand corner(three lines) > Click on Directories.
Step 3: Click on Lists > Then click Create new folder.
Step 4: Name the new Folder then hit enter.
Step 5: Locate your lists.
By default your existing contact lists were migrated to XMD Lite with no organization applied to them. You will need to page through “All lists” to find contact lists Created by “You”. Alternatively, if you know the name of your contact lists you can Search for them using the search box.
Step 6: Click More(three dots to the right of the list) > Move to another folder > select the folder you created.
