L&S Position Review Request Form:  The position review process should be initiated when the duties and responsibilities of the position no longer meet the overall scope of the assigned Summary Job Description (SJD) title.  This can occur when the position responsibilities are modified ahead of the change, such as with an organizational redesign, or when a position has changed iteratively over time.  If you have questions about this process, please reach out to your HR associate director, and/or use this form to initiate a review.
